This vintage saw generous rainfall over Winter and into Spring leading into a cool Summer, however little rainfall throughout Summer. The cooler Summer allowed for optimum ripening, with fruit flavours slowly developing intensity throughout the seaaon. Overall, the wines from 2021 have lifted aromatics, fleshy fruit and great natural acidity.
